Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of three years of relevant utility substation experience.
• Strong proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Revit.
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Effective communication and technical writing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering assignments for transmission and distribution substation projects.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, designers, and clients to deliver designs from concept to commissioning.
• Ensure accuracy, constructability, and quality of work across multiple substation specialties.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and contribute to standards and workflows.
