Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Trenton, NJ is seeking a qualified individual to oversee and lead Addictions-licensed Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs. You will be responsible for maintaining program effectiveness and ensuring quality treatment services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree, a minimum of five years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, and relevant licensure in New Jersey. Benefits include a competitive salary, medical insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a social work or related field.
• Five (5) years post degree experience in mental health and addictions setting preferred.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed in the State of NJ: LCADC/LCSW/LPC is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and staff oversight of Addictions-licensed Programs.
• Develop and expand Substance Use Counseling Program.
• Provides individual, family and group counseling based on evidence-based practice.
• Conduct assessments through New Jersey intake system.
• Responsible for the clinical records of all consumers served.

Skills

Knowledge of wellness and recovery principles

Knowledge of Medicaid regulations

Education

Master's Degree in a social work or related field
