The role requires 5–9 years of mechanical engineering experience and a BS/ MS in Mechanical, Marine, or Aeronautical or Management Engineering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Marine or Aeronautical, or Management Engineering
• 5-9 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Preferred: MS in Mechanical or Marine Engineering; knowledge of SUBSAFE, DSS-SOC, FBW; experience using SPARS, ELCADD, JCALS, and Teamcenter

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting and problem resolution during new construction and maintenance.
• Technical evaluation of proposed modifications and design error correction.
• Design integration and development of technical work documents.
• Support procurement and manufacture of components and systems.
• Provide engineering support to the commissioned submarine fleet and liaison with shipyard teams and suppliers.
