Job summary

ORBIS Inc. in Honolulu seeks an Engineering Tech Level IV to perform field support inspections, troubleshooting, fault isolation, repairs, and installation for submarine HM&E systems.

Travel worldwide to shore stations, on board submarines in port or at sea. Requirements include a high school diploma, US citizenship with Secret security clearance, five years of DoD or submarine HM&E experience, and leadership in waterfront maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma and US Citizenship with Secret Security Clearance.
• Five years of DoD or submarine HM&E systems maintenance experience.
• Five years providing field engineering support and leading waterfront maintenance activities.
• Two years of experience in inspection, repair, and installation of Sail and Towed Antenna systems.
• Experience with Sail and Towed Antenna mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and expert consultation.
• Provide repair and installation support for HM&E submarine systems.
• Work on-site worldwide at shore stations or onboard submarines, in port or at sea.
