The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Electromagnetic & Spectrum Operations to join our team supporting NavalX within the Office of Naval Research (ONR). This multidisciplinary program requires a technically experienced professional who can interpret complex requirements and develop innovative, practical solutions to meet demanding customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support within a cost-constrained environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead EW/EMSO technology strategy, innovation, and execution
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and workforce development plans
  • Guide organizational planning, capability development, and performance initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, contractors, and partners
  • Align technical efforts with ONR's mission and future force needs.
  • Oversee networked EW engineering and advanced technology initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 10+ years of leadership in EW/EMSO, strategy development, and technical team management
  • Deep expertise in systems engineering and acquisition for EW and radar systems
  • Proven success in program/project oversight, including budgets and personnel
  • Experience standing up new technical capabilities or organizations
  • Active Secret clearance

Desired:

  • Advanced degree in engineering or public affairs
  • Experience with Navy/DOD acquisition programs and directed energy tech
  • Familiarity with EW/EMSO modeling & simulation tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-sector partnerships
  • TS/SCI clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
