This role requires the ability to connect prime contract obligations to subcontract terms, with a focus on drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements swiftly. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor degree, active state bar membership, and over 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and government contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with subcontracts and government contracts.
