Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Subcontracts (Remote) to develop subcontract strategies, negotiate terms, and manage contracts across multiple government procurements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (or equivalent), collaboration with engineering and program management, and adherence to procurement policies. This remote position offers a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant subcontracts experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related subcontracts experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related subcontracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute subcontract strategies aligned with program goals and policies.
• Lead negotiations to establish subcontract terms and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor subcontractor performance with defined metrics and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management to clarify subcontract requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery and costs.
