Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage subcontracts for defense programs in Tempe, AZ. The role requires deep knowledge of regulations and strong negotiation capabilities, ensuring compliance and program success.

The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams, leverage SAP and MS Office, and drive efficient subcontract life cycles from sourcing to closure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with aerospace or defense experience a plus.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
• Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry
• Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle.
• Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
• Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
• Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
• Ability to work independently
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP, and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts
