Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Sr. Subcontracts Project Manager to support the DHS/ICE Camp East Montana contract in El Paso, TX. You will lead the Subcontract Management Team on site and manage cost, schedule, and vendor performance while coordinating with program leadership.

The role requires a senior level of understanding of government subcontracting, strong leadership, and the ability to develop corrective actions and strategic solutions with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with ten years of subcontract experience, or Master’s with eight years.
• Direct subcontract management experience required, five or more years preferred.
• Experience with various subcontract types (Cost-Plus, Fixed Price, Time & Materials).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Subcontract Management Team on site and manage cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Develop subcontract documentation, evaluate proposals and track deliverables.
• Coordinate with accounting, finance, QA, and program teams on subcontract activities.
