Maximus seeks a Senior Subcontracts Manager to lead Prime and subcontract activities in federal programs within a matrixed environment. You will manage awards, proposals, and modifications, ensuring CPSR, FAR/DFARS compliance, and alignment with project objectives. Collaboration with project managers, procurement, and finance is essential.

Strong communicational and analytical skills, plus 7+ years of relevant experience, are required. This role offers on-site work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts (Cost Reimbursable / FP/Time & Materials).
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance.
• ERP and CLM systems experience with data analytics or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data and historical documentation.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently with stakeholders.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders and modifications under regulations and Maximus policies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, address disputes and performance issues.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, compliance and history.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies.
