Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts Administrator to lead the subcontract activities across multiple proposals and programs.

You will analyze RFPs, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 4+ years of federal procurement experience, and the ability to interface with all levels of management while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract administration with federal government contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant and comprehensive RFPs in support of multiple Government solicitations.
• Analyze proposals for cost, schedule and risk considerations.
• Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements, modifications and task orders in accordance with FAR.
• Conduct price analysis, cost analysis (as required).
• Execute all aspects of the acquisition life-cycle from new business to subcontract agreements of varying value and type.
• Collaborate with SPA Director of Subcontracts, SPA Contracts Administrators, and Program Managers for contract success.
