Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a seasoned contracts professional to join the Contracts and Procurement organization.

You will help manage the full contract life cycle for SPA programs, from proposal through award, performance, and closeout, in support of government customers. The role requires reviewing RFPs to identify risks, preparing assumptions and proposal documents, negotiating Teaming and NDAs, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in contract administration in Intelligence Community or similar.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR and related regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs to identify contract risks and prepare assumptions for proposals.
• Prepare and submit proposal documents and monitor contracts.
• Negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and OCI Mitigation Plans.
• Serve as primary contract contact with customers and manage records.
• Support program teams with resolving performance issues and risk mitigation.
