Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring a Subcontract Administrator Sr to join the Operations team in Space Coast, FL. You will oversee procurement activities, manage strategic supplier relationships, and lead cost/contract negotiations to support spaceflight programs.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 4 years with a Master's in a related field, and strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR/EAR, AS9100, and ERP systems. Relocation assistance provided and travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 4 years of experience in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience interpreting and applying FAR, DFAR, ITAR/EAR; knowledge of U.S. government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute program requirements to meet Blue Origin needs.
• Lead identification, negotiation, and management of strategic agreements including LTAs.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to final payment.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and data integrity across systems.
