Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Jacksonville (Vow’d Weddings) is seeking a Senior Stylist to be the right-hand to the Store Leader, coaching the broader team and driving memorable guest experiences. You love events, design, and rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges.

You will mentor stylists, champion product knowledge, and contribute to recruitment and outreach efforts, while delivering exceptional service and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in an elevated service environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV.
Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team.

As the Senior Stylist you are the right-hand to the Store Leader, personal styling coach to the broader team, and community cheerleader. You are someone who loves planning events, has an eye for design, and can’t wait to roll-up your sleeves and dig into new challenges.

What You’ll Do
