Job summary

Vow’d Weddings in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Senior Stylist to be the right-hand to the Store Leader, coach the team, and drive memorable bridal styling. You love planning events, have an eye for design, and are ready to roll up your sleeves for day-to-day challenges.

You’ll lead guest experiences, train on products, grow brand awareness, mentor stylists, and support recruiting and store operations while delivering outstanding service and a vibrant, fun culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales and conversions.
• Deliver innovative ideas to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists and maintain a positive culture.
• Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operations.

As the Senior Stylist you are the right-hand to the Store Leader, personal styling coach to the broader team, and community cheerleader. You are someone who loves planning events, has an eye for design, and can’t wait to roll-up your sleeves and dig into new challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
