Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Stylist to support our wedding brand’s growth. You’ll act as the bride’s advocate, deliver memorable guest experiences, and coach a team of stylists. This role blends design sensibility with hands-on event planning, client service and community outreach.

As part of a fun, fast-paced culture, you’ll mentor staff, drive conversions, and help recruit partners while contributing to brand storytelling and elevated service at weekend events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience working in an elevated service environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV.
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team.
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks.

As the Senior Stylist you are the right-hand to the Store Leader, personal styling coach to the broader team, and community cheerleader. You are someone who loves planning events, has an eye for design, and can’t wait to roll-up your sleeves and dig into new challenges.

What You’ll Do
