Ideal candidates will have a scientific or healthcare degree with 7+ years in clinical research/operations, and a proven track record in SSU leadership, feasibility, and IRB submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive clinical research/operations experience.
• Experience in biotech/pharma/CRO environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSU start-up, submissions, and activation within timelines and quality.
• Provide country-specific SSU expertise to project teams.
• Manage SSU resources and forecast staffing.
• Drive process improvements to optimize SSU efficiency.
• Coordinate central IRB submissions and close-out.
