Job summary

Merck seeks a seasoned Clinical Trial Lead to coordinate strategy, operational planning and execution of one or more clinical trials within a global, cross‑functional team. You will build and coach your team in project management, communication, and collaboration skills to support our clinical trials.

You will influence stakeholders, lead governance meetings, and ensure adherence to GCP/ICH regulatory requirements while delivering study milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences with 9+ years of pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• Master's Degree with 6+ years of pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• PhD/PharmD Degree with 2+ years of pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• Degree in life sciences, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning, feasibility, execution and conduct of clinical trial(s).
• Serve as the Clinical Trial Team (CTT) lead.
• Lead and direct teams in study planning, development, and execution elements.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and country teams.
