Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years -OR- Master’s + 9 years -OR- PhD/PharmD + 6 years Pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience.
• Ideal candidate: global clinical trials programs experience in Gastroenterology, Dermatology, or Rheumatology, with autoimmune or immune-mediated disorders.
• Experience with conducting trials and managing programmatic vendors and external data monitoring committees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for operational execution of a suite of clinical trials.
• Lead and direct teams for program planning, governance meetings, and regulatory interactions.
• Maximize operational feasibility and ensure quality across portfolio; represent on Clinical Subteam.
• Contribute to resource planning and staffing; supervise clinical scientists and study managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (KOLs, suppliers) to support program objectives.
• Assist Clinical Directors in scientific leadership and investigator initiatives.
