Purdue Science is seeking a Senior Student Success Specialist to lead the first-year SILC experience, teach the ISB integration course, and cultivate a dynamic community of learners and innovators. You will design experiential opportunities, coordinate industry and alumni mentorship, and drive professional development and undergraduate research engagement.

Working across the College of Science, Daniels School of Business, and industry partners, you will advance an integrated educational model

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or STEM field.
• At least four years in higher-education program administration or experiential learning.
• Managerial experience in science-based industries.
• Ability to collaborate across academic units with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with interdisciplinary programs bridging science and business.
• Experience managing mentorship programs or alumni networks.

Responsibilities

• Teach the first-year SILC course and foster a vibrant learning community.
• Design and oversee high-impact experiential opportunities and industry/alumni mentorship.
• Develop professional development programming and undergraduate research engagement.
• Coordinate with College of Science, Daniels School of Business, and partners to advance integrated education.
