Aecon is seeking a Lead Estimator - Structures for our Civil US Projects division based in Kent, Washington. You will lead bid efforts for $100M+ heavy civil projects, specializing in bridge structures, concrete works, earthworks, and highways.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will develop accurate bids, coordinate with suppliers, and guide the team through comprehensive tender submissions while ensuring risk-managed, competitive estimates.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction with emphasis on bridge structures.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents.
• Good knowledge of job cost fundamentals for typical items and scopes.
• Experience with estimating software is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure bid cost accuracy vs. actual cost of work.
• Analyze documents, drawings, specs, proposals for pricing.
• Prepare construction plans for internal and client submissions.
• Oversee bid submission documentation and post-bid analysis.
