Venus Aerospace is looking for a Senior Structures Engineer in Houston, TX, to lead the structural development for aerospace vehicles. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. You will be responsible for structural design and analysis, fatigue assessments, and supporting test campaigns. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of structural engineering experience and a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. Qualifications
5+ years of structural engineering experience.
3+ years of FEA experience (ANSYS preferred).
3+ years of CAD experience (NX preferred), including large assembly management.
Responsibilities
Complete structural design and analysis across a variety of aerospace vehicle types.
Perform fatigue, buckling, stability, and general strength assessments.
Support structural test campaigns and contribute to flight qualification plans.
