Radiant in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Structures Engineer to design critical concrete and precast systems supporting manufacturing and deployment. You will tackle challenges to ensure safety, durability, and regulatory compliance while aligning with program goals.

You will perform trade studies, FEM analyses, and coordinate with mechanical and civil teams. Onsite at our El Segundo HQ, you will own subassembly designs, BOMs, and supplier relations to deliver reliable infrastructure for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Eng.
• 5+ years designing concrete structures.
• 4+ years structural analysis with hand and FEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own critical concrete structures and precast elements.
• Conduct trade studies for static, seismic, and thermal loads.
• Perform detailed structural analyses (reinforced concrete, seismic).
• Develop construction and test plans for concrete elements.
• Manage BOM and supplier fabricators.
