Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with alternative energy, tax credits, or tax equity structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio through knowledge of client’s financial condition, performance and industry trends.
• Review and process loan advances for development and credit facilities and coordinate with vendors/teams.
• Conduct ongoing credit assessments, monitor account performance, identify risks or opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers and internal partners.
• Oversee problem loans and workout credits with risk teams.
• Coordinate with auditors/regulators and support timely audits.
• Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reviews for leadership.
