Job summary

The role conducts credit assessments, reviews loan advances, and maintains strong client relationships while coordinating with auditors and regulators to protect portfolio performance. 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client's financial condition, management's performance and industry trends, and take timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards.
• Review and process loan advances for predevelopment, development, construction, and revolving credit facilities; coordinate with thirdparty vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all disbursements are accurate, in compliance, and completed in a timely manner.
• Conduct ongoing credit assessments, monitor account performance, and proactively identify emerging risks or opportunities within the portfolio by reviewing financial statements, covenant compliance, and production reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners to support deal flow and enhance customer experience
• Oversee problem loans and workout credits by developing action plans, coordinating with credit and risk teams, and guiding clients toward resolution strategies that protect portfolio performance.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, and SBA/USDA representatives by providing required documentation, responding to inquiries, and supporting timely and accurate audit and review processes.

About the Role:

Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring the relationships meet corporate standards for risk, profitability, factoring and asset-based lending services, and financial controls.

• Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reviews and present key findings, trends, and risk assessments to Pathward's credit and executive leadership teams.
• Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $104,000- $174,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
