The candidate should have 4+ years of fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience. Our team represents sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), liquidity solutions or net-asset-value (NAV) transactions, private ABS geared to insurance solutions, capital call financings, and management company/GP financings. The role is cross disciplinary and will involve collaboration with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions colleagues. The candidate can be based in our New York or Chicago offices.

Job Salary (310K - 435K)
