Job summary

Acuative is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Project Manager in Strongsville, OH to lead low-voltage infrastructure deployments from kickoff to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations across multiple environments, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and customers.

RCDD/BICSI CNCI credentials are highly preferred. This hands-on PM role requires strong financial discipline, risk management, and the ability to deliver projects on time and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in structured cabling, low-voltage construction, or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of structured cabling systems and low-voltage construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, change orders, and project margins.
• Ability to read construction drawings, BOMs, procurement, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through closeout and financial reconciliation.
• Develop schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, action items, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with general contractors, electrical contractors, low-voltage subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Provide clear status reporting on schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change orders.
• Mentor Structured Cabling Coordinators and ensure accountability for deliverables.
