The role requires a 4+ year field background, fluency in reading plans, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Travel and shifts may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading building plans and specifications.
• Ability to lead crews and perform high‑level work with little supervision.
• Experience in field leadership on construction projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret building plans and specifications to guide field work accurately.
• Lead crew members in completing high‑level work with minimal supervision while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
• Set up and erect access and shoring equipment, including aerial lifts and scaffolding.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, material handlers, and fork trucks per company standards.
• Cross-check and verify layout work to prevent rework within contract and subcontract scopes.
• Complete building layout with Superintendent assistance, including corners, offsets, benchmarks, and elevations.
