Job description

We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to work in a collaborative team environment in our Minneapolis, MN office. Projects include a wide variety of new commercial buildings in the areas of healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and office, as well as renovation projects and analysis of existing buildings.

Senior Structural Technician job responsibilities include:

• Structural drafting and modeling for structural engineers.
• Developing renderings.
• Assisting in site visits.
• Coordinating the production of construction documents.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.

We are considering Senior Structural Technician candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:

• An Associate's degree in CAD drafting preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years similar experience. Candidates with greater than 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Experience with structural modeling and drafting.
• Experience in Navisworks and BIM 360 is considered a plus.
