Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale structural construction teams.
• Experience on data centers, hyperscale facilities, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring and finishing, steel erection, embeds and equipment supports.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site crews to meet milestones on time and to quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to structural scope, integrity of foundations, and loading for critical loads.
• Maintain daily progress logs, as-built documentation, and risk updates.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules and safety programs.
• Lead, train and supervise foremen and crews, ensuring collaboration and safety.
• Resolve on-site issues with civil, electrical, and mechanical trades.
• Conduct site inspections for code compliance and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for senior leadership.
