You will review plans, specifications and contracts, ensure alignment with bid documents, and coordinate with vendors, general contractors and engineers to deliver complex builds on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years directly in structural steel fabrication, proficient use of Tekla EPM and Excel templates, and a track record of managing large commercial projects in

• 5+ years direct experience in steel fabrication focused projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans/documents/contracts.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, GC's, architects, engineers and detailers.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, documents, specs and contracts.
• Plan, organize and control large commercial steel projects.
• Review bid documents and scope of work.
• Communicate with vendors, GC's, architects and engineers.
