Job summary

MK Consulting Group in Washington, DC area seeks a seasoned project manager to lead steel construction projects from planning through completion. You will manage scope, schedule and budgets while coordinating with vendors, general contractors, architects and engineers.

Candidates should have 5+ years direct experience with structural steel fabrication in the US and be proficient with Tekla EPM and Excel templates or similar software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working directly for a structural steel fabrication company
• Steel Construction and United States Candidates only

Responsibilities

• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
• Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building projects
• Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work
• Communicating with Vendors, General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Detailers, etc
