Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - Structural Steel for a Dallas, TX project. You will lead day-to-day delivery with estimators, detailers, shop supervision, and field erection, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will turn drawings into fabrication and erection plans, manage budgets and change orders, coordinate submittals and vendors, and report progress to division leadership. Travel to active sites may be required.

Formación

• Proven ability to read structural drawings and contract documents.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking skills.
• Experience planning and scheduling steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers, subcontractors and crews.
• Commitment to safety standards on active job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver structural-steel projects on schedule and within budget.
• Turn drawings and specs into fabrication/erection plans.
• Manage margins by tracking cost, quantities, and change orders.
• Coordinate submittals, vendors, and customer communications to meet milestones.
• Resolve field issues relating to sequence, fit-up, and safety; report progress to leadership.
