Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Experienced Steel Tradesperson to install structural steel, assemble pre-engineered metal buildings, and work with miscellaneous metals. You will read blueprints and ensure projects meet our high quality standards on site.

Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying weather, climb safely, and lift 50-100 lbs as needed, while maintaining a positive, team-driven approach focused on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steel erection or metal building installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices in a construction environment.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work at heights safely and confidently.
• Physical ability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs.
• Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.
