Reworld is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with a structural engineering background to join our Plant Support Engineering team. You will blend governance-level quality oversight with hands-on field engagement across 30+ facilities, ensuring structural repairs are safe, compliant, and implemented to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required; PE license preferred.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience with repair/remediation in industrial environments.
• Demonstrated QA/QC and contractor/vendor oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Oversight: Develop and implement Standard QA/QC work processes and enforce QA/QC across multiple facilities.
• Field Support & Contractor Oversight: travel to facilities to monitor repair work and validate quality with weld inspectors.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Analysis: perform QA/QC reviews, audits, and risk-based actions; develop inspection criteria.
• Collaboration & Reporting: coordinate with engineering, operations, safety and maintenance; deliver QA/QC reports.
