The ideal candidate has over 15 years of structural design experience, especially within water resources, and holds a PE License. The role involves managing project teams and developing client relationships.

The successful candidate will demonstrate innovative problem-solving and have experience with seismic analysis. This position offers a competitive compensation package that ranges from $138,000 to $206,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of structural design experience, primarily in water resource related work.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.
• PE License required; SE License and NCEES registration are preferred.
• Familiarity with Federal Agencies and/or Public Utilities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complete project documents from design to construction.
• Evaluate, select, and apply advanced structural design techniques.
• Manage multi-discipline teams and assign tasks to engineers and technicians.
• Collect and analyze data through field investigations of existing structures.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
