Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• PE license required; SE license preferred with 12‑month runway.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Experience with IBC, ASCE 7, ASCE 41, AISC, ACI, NDS design codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets; handle changes.
• Coordinate design with architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and mentor junior engineers.
