We are seeking early-career structural engineers to join our team. Our projects range from the small to the complex with construction values exceeding $400 million.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of professional structural engineering experience.
• BS in Architectural Engineering (structural focus), or MS or M.Eng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Passed FE exam or working toward EIT certification.
• Strong foundation in structural engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and NDS design codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Revit and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations using structural design software and hand calculations.
• Develop structural design concepts, calculations, and technical reports.
• Assist in preparation of structural construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate structural design with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in site visits and structural observations of construction progress.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
• Support project teams through all phases from schematic design through construction.
