Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers in Denver seeks a Senior Structural Project Manager to lead complex projects, guide design teams, and own client relationships across the firm’s Colorado portfolio. You’ll balance hands-on engineering with strategic project management, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and owners to deliver safe, constructible solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with leadership of complex projects and client interaction
• Colorado experience preferred and demonstrated ability to manage project delivery
• Proven leadership of design teams and meeting project goals
• Strong proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring staff and collaborating with multiple disciplines
• Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and proposals

Responsibilities

• Provide project and technical leadership across complex structural projects from concept through construction
• Support business development and internal initiatives to grow the office and practice
• Own client relationships and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and partners
• Oversee design development, drawings, and specifications delivering practical, constructible solutions
• Mentor engineers at various career levels and foster professional growth
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes and high standards
