Joseph B. Callaghan, Inc. in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of structural and building envelope experience. You will own client relationships, lead project teams, and drive projects from proposal through construction in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll mentor engineers, manage budgets, and ensure delivery on time and to high standards while expanding the firm’s client base in the Philadelphia region. This role offers visibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-approved program.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience with project, budget, and client-management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules.
• Plan and execute projects from inception through construction phase services.
• Lead project meetings and deliver client presentations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking and billing review.
• Perform and direct engineering analysis and design using manual calculations and software.
• Oversee construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Lead field investigations and condition assessments.
• Write proposals and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
