Job summary

HireReady Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a Structural Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of structural engineering design experience to lead projects from inception through construction, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will serve as the Engineer of Record on complex projects, oversee design and construction documents, and mentor engineers while collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to grow business opportunities. PE license required, SE a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience.
• PE license required (SE license a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and structural design software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects, including larger/complex ones.
• Oversee design and production of construction documents for structural projects.
• Plan timelines, budgets, and resources with other PMs to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work and documentation.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Prepare and present structural fee proposals and develop client relationships.
