Job summary

BHB Structural is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to join our Boise, Idaho team. You will lead structural design from concept through construction, coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, and help grow the practice in the Treasure Valley.

You will mentor junior engineers, nurture strong client relationships, and represent BHB with integrity and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.

As part of our growing structural practice, you will work on diverse and challenging projects from concept through construction while collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.In this role, you will build strong client relationships and help represent BHB throughout the Treasure Valley. We are seeking a driven professional who is passionate about structural engineering, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to help grow our structural practice in the region. What Will Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal team members.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
