Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building structural design.
• P.E. license is required.
• Proficiency with structural design software listed above.
• Understanding of IBC, AISC, ASCE7, and related codes.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary contact for Principals, design team, Owners and contractors.
• Manage project schedule, activities, and budget.
• Oversee and mentor Project Engineers and Interns.
• Coordinate with Structural Director on client accounts and scope.
• Review calculations, drawings, and ensure code compliance.
• Handle construction administration tasks and submittals.
