LPA is seeking a passionate Structural Project Engineer to join our high-performing, multidisciplinary design team in Austin, TX. You'll shape projects across LPA's wide-ranging practice areas, with growth through site tours, software training, and LPA+U courses focused on innovative, sustainable design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in all phases of building design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency with RAM, RISA, and ETABS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project design process in unison with Project Architects, Project Designers, and Project Managers.
• Prepare documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Conduct quality control research on products and construction methods related to projects.
• Lead the construction administration process.
