Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering required.
- 5+ years of experience in all phases of building design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proficiency in RAM, RISA, ETABS.
- Strong documentation and drafting skills.
- Interest in multidisciplinary design and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design with Architects, Designers and Managers.
- Prepare schematic design, design development and construction documents.
- Conduct quality control research on materials and methods.
- Lead construction administration processes.
