Job summary

Equilibrium seeks accomplished Principal-level leaders to guide Surface Water Management, Mine Environment, Structural Geology, and Mine Waste service lines. You will join our senior leadership to shape strategy, expand capabilities, and deliver client-focused, technically excellent solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive business development, manage profitability, and report to the executive leadership team while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of industry experience in the relevant mining/geo/earth sciences field.
• Proven track record in senior leadership, team development, and strategic client relationships.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary mining consulting teams and strong governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership across multiple service lines (Surface Water Management, Mine Environment, Structural Geology, Mine Waste).
• Define and execute multi-year growth strategies with executive leadership; drive profitability and client expansion.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, recruit talent, and ensure succession planning.
