Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. seeks a Fabrication Lead to direct the fabrication and assembly of pipe products in a Houston-area facility. You will supervise a work team, plan resources from work orders, and ensure timely, safe, and quality material movement.

Responsibilities include training on safety policies, maintaining productive teamwork, and developing skills within the crew while maintaining compliance with HSE standards and site policies. This is a hands-on leadership role in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specification instructions.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise work team in planning and execution of fabrication.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork within the department.
• Track, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Ensure timeliness, safety and quality of material movement.
• Train employees on changes in safety regulations and work policies.
