Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervises a fabrication team and coordinates multiple work orders.
• Reads blueprints and follows product specifications.
• Ensures safety, quality, and timely completion of jobs.
• Trains and develops team members on safety and policies.
• Maintains productive working relationships within the department.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate pipes to required customizations and standards.
• Manage all Work Orders associated with fabrication.
• Supervise the fabrication team in planning and execution.
• Plan resource requirements based on Work Orders and production plan.
• Track, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure on-time delivery.
