Job summary

Stantec in Sacramento seeks a Principal Structural Engineer to lead medium and large projects and grow a team of Structural Engineers for local and national programs. You will evaluate, select and specify engineered systems, mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and represent the firm with clients and industry partners.

Required: 15+ years in structural engineering, PE and SE licenses, Bachelor's in engineering; Master's preferred; expertise in seismic, wind design, and Revit, CSI,

Qualifications

• Requisite knowledge of structural design codes and building codes.
• Strong knowledge of seismic and wind design and construction methods.
• Experience with modeling software such as Autodesk Revit.
