Arcadis is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their Climate Adaptation and Water Management Team in Virginia Beach or Richmond, Virginia. This role involves delivering engineering services for projects focused on flood risk reduction and infrastructure resilience.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PE registration. Benefits include medical, 401K, and a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $132,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• Experience in flood walls, flood gates, and deep foundations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis, design, and engineering during construction.
• Lead projects, manage budgets, and coordinate work across disciplines.
• Mentor junior structural engineering staff.
